Chamber Ensemble
Welcome to the Chamber Ensemble's webpage! Every student in the Honors Performance Band is required to participate in a chamber ensemble. Chamber groups rehearse every Friday during regularly scheduled band class in the Band Room (339) in addition to rehearsals outside of the school day. Each chamber ensemble performs annually at the spring Chamber Ensemble concert, the IHSA Solo/Ensemble Festival, and intermittently during the year at various concerts, fundraisers, and recruiting events. Participation in Chamber Ensemble is required of every student enrolled in Honors Performance Band (602), but is open to students from other band and orchestra classes as well.
