About Me
Hello, my name is Kevin Mitchem, the School Interventionist at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School! I started here at IKE in 2018. My role is to coordinate with and provide support to students who experience a medical leave of absence. I work side-by-side with the student's family, teachers, counselor, and social worker so that their academic and social/emotional experience here at Eisenhower is not impeded by their medical absence. My classroom is called the Bridge Room, and it is where students transitioning back into the building can report to catch up on work and reintegrate back into regular school life.
