Transcript Requests

Welcome to Parchment Exchange.  This service is being offered to make ordering transcripts easier and more efficient for all.  Transcripts can be delivered to the destination of your choice in an electronic or paper format.

The first thing you will need to do is create an account (if you do not already have one), you can then place your order for transcripts.

Alumni who do not remember their password and did not add a personal email to their Parchment account before their school email was inactivated should create a new account.  If these steps do not work, please contact Parchment directly at support.parchment.com.

Education Verification (Third Party Ordering)

Whether you are military, trade school, employer or a verification company trying to verify a student’s academic record, please request a transcript through parchment.com.  Be sure to have the student consent form completed and ready for upload provided by parchment (see pdf for example) or your own company’s authorization to release records.

Transcripts are processed on a daily basis.

Transcripts prior to 2004 will be processed through our Administrative Office (contact information 708-424-2000).
