I have been teaching driver's education at Eisenhower for 16 years. I have a bachelors degree from Illinois State University, and two master's degrees from Chicago State University and St. Francis University. Before Eisenhower, I taught two years of physical education at Palos South Middle School.

The Graduated Licensing Program in the State of Illinois requires the following:
30 hours of classroom instruction
6 hours of BTW with a certified driving instructor
50 hours of driving with an adult over the age of 21 who has had their license for over a year
9 month waiting period of driving with a learners permit
I have had my permit for 9 months, am I eligible to go to the DMV and get my license?
